Our Management Team

Mike started SIMPL with the straight forward philosophy of providing unparallelled service and support to the broadband industry. Before SIMPL, O'Malley was Director of Technical Operations at DIVA, a Video-on-Demand provider, where he oversaw the installation and commercial deployment of over 50 VOD systems throughout the US with Insight, Charter, Comcast, Adelphia, and MediaOne/AT&T.

Prior to DIVA, O'Malley was with Sarnoff Real-Time Corp (A spinoff of the David Sarnoff Research Labs in Princeton). SRTC built the first commercial Video-on-Demand servers in the US, using proprietary hardware and software. While there he built the Field Operations organization from the ground up, an organization that garnered praise throughout the industry. He lent many of his insights on performance and customer perception to the development process. SRTC eventually merged with DIVA.

Preceding SRTC, O'Malley ran the Philadelphia office of Spectravision/On-Command, a provider of VOD systems to the Hospitality Industry.

Chuck has been with SIMPL since it's inception, lending all his expertise and insights to the establishment of the company. Throughout the last 20 years, Mancini has been an integral cog in the unique establishment that is SIMPL.

Mancini was paired with O'Malley at DIVA and SRTC acting as his right-hand man and the stabilizing voice of reason. He was a prime mover and shaker at DIVA, helping to implement many of the practices we still employ at SIMPL today.

Prior to DIVA, Mancini spent many years at Aydin Telemetry, which later became L3 Communications. While there, he ran the International Field Organization while stationed in Germany.
